How do I contact to return an order?

For returns, you can contact us at (+91 9828953140) or write to us at admin@pinkblock.in within 24 hours of receiving the package.


Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.


Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged item

How do returns work?
If the products in your order are eligible for return, please call us at +91 98289 53140 or email at admin@pinkblock.in within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will initiate a reverse pickup and the products will be picked up from your location if the area is serviceable by the shipping service provider. The shipping charge for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up within 5 days of placing the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that an exchange request will be accepted only once against the original order.

If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded. In case of self-shipment, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods if reverse-pickup is not available for your pincode. Self-shipments have to be made within 48 hours of receiving the order and the following details should be sent to us at admin@pinkblock.in


Once we receive the product, our team will assess the status of the product(s) and get back to you with the details.


If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
Once the items are dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
